Quick answers

Connecting your KoboToolbox token and deploying a template form is a matter of minutes. Editing a template into your own instrument, agreeing validation rules and setting up report branding is usually an afternoon with your M&E lead.

Send the questionnaire — Word, PDF, or a photo of the paper form — and we will tell you whether an existing template covers it or what it takes to build. Custom templates are included on the Organisation plan and up.

Yes, in Khmer or English — enumerator training on the collection app and the QR workflow, and separate sessions for whoever will run the analysis and reporting. Remote or in person.

Ask about the Institution plan. That is where self-hosting, pinning data to a region, a data-processing agreement and a security review sit. Tell us which donor's requirements you are working to and we will answer against those specifically rather than in generalities.
