Parcel Run Cambo · Pricing
A subscription, not a cut of every parcel
You pay a flat amount each month and keep the whole delivery fee. The plans are sized by how many riders you put on the road, because that is the number a courier already knows without looking it up. Both screens are in every plan.
Priced in the currency a courier counts in
Riders and parcels a month. Go past a limit and we move you up at the start of the next month — no parcel is ever blocked mid-run because a plan filled up.

The things we will not charge extra for
These are not upsells in a higher tier. They are what the product is, and a courier on the smallest plan gets all of them.
Both screens
The customer portal and the office console are one system, not two products. There is no plan that gives you the office half and sells you the customer half separately.
Unlimited tracking lookups
Your customers check where their parcel is as often as they like. Charging for that would only teach them to phone your office instead, which costs you more than it saves.
Khmer and English
Both languages in the interface and in the customer-facing text, on every plan. A language is not a feature to be sold back to the country the product was written for.
Offline working
Queued ticks, the Telegram fallback line, and pages that open without a connection. The riders on a $19 plan ride the same roads as the riders on a $99 one.
What operators ask before signing
Do you take a percentage of the delivery fee?
No. You pay the monthly subscription and keep every riel your customers pay you. A per-parcel cut would mean our revenue grows fastest exactly when yours is under most pressure, and it would give us a reason to care about your pricing, which is none of our business.
Do you hold our customers' money at any point?
No, and this matters more than the price. Prepayments go straight to your own bank account through your own KHQR code, and cash collected on the road is yours from the moment the rider takes it. We are not a payment processor and never sit between you and your money. What the console does is count it, not hold it.
What happens when we go over the parcel limit?
Nothing, that day. Deliveries keep running and nothing is blocked mid-route. We notice at the end of the month and move you to the next plan from the following one. A busy Pchum Ben will not cost you an upgrade if the months either side are normal.
What is the setup fee actually for?
Getting you running rather than handing you a login. It covers the deployment to your own address, your KHQR code and office account wired in, your territories drawn to match the areas you actually deliver to, your riders set up, and a session with whoever will sit at the console. Pay quarterly and it is waived.
Our riders change often. Are we paying per rider account?
No, the plan sets a ceiling on riders working at once, not a price per head. Adding and removing riders is free and immediate, which is the only sane way to price a business where somebody's cousin covers a route for three weeks.
Can we get our data out?
At any time, on the Depot plan and above: parcel manifest, payment ledger and scan history all export as CSV from the console. It is your operating history and you should be able to leave with it.
Why is there no free trial like Route Plan has?
Because Parcel Run Cambo is still in pilot and every deployment is set up by hand with the operator. A self-service trial would be a worse experience than a conversation. When sign-up opens, a trial comes with it.
Pilot places
Send us your rider count and a normal month
How many riders, and roughly how many parcels they carry in an average month. That is enough to tell you the plan, the setup fee, and how long standing it up would take.
