The rep raises the PO in the app while he’s standing in the shop. The moment he confirms it, it appears on the Delivery board. Nobody calls the warehouse, nobody re-types it into a spreadsheet, and nobody can forget to pass it on — because there’s no step in between for it to fall through.

The rep screen does two things: check in at the shop, and raise an order. Two taps. It’s in Khmer, and it’s simpler than Facebook. And if a rep won’t check in — that’s worth knowing too.

Keep your Excel — the app imports it directly. Excel is fine for making a plan. What it can’t do is tell you whether the shop was visited, and it certainly can’t turn an order into a delivery route. That second half is the part you’re doing by hand today.

Yes. Plenty of distributors start with Call Plan only and switch on Delivery in month two, once the reps are checking in reliably. Both are included either way — turn on the half you need.
